About Chelsea Scott.
Chelsea Scott is a dynamic hospitality strategist, community builder, and creative force. She is currently a Manager at Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, Florida. Chelsea is a member of the inaugural cohort of Royal Caribbean’s post-MBA rotational program, where she is gaining expertise in Finance, Hotel Operations, and Corporate Strategy.
In May 2024, Chelsea earned her MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a Master of Science in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. At Wharton, she was a Joseph Wharton Fellow, recognized for her academic excellence and professional achievements, a Nonprofit Board Fellow, and Co-President of Wharton Storytellers, the school’s largest student-led club focused on fostering community through storytelling.
Previously, Chelsea spent four years as a Consultant at Deloitte in New York City focused on business transformation strategy across the Technology, Hospitality, and Higher Education sectors.
Chelsea is the founder of Sunday Stories, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building transformative connections among young Black women in major cities. She also developed The Seeds of Sisterhood and previously founded Read Between the Wine (2018–2023), a vibrant community of over 600 Black women in NYC and Washington, D.C., connecting through literature by Black women authors.
Chelsea is a 2018 graduate of Duke University. During her time at Duke, Chelsea participated in the Duke-Spelman Exchange Program, allowing her to study at Spelman College in Fall 2016. Chelsea is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
In her free time, Chelsea can be found catching the beat at Soulcycle, playing with her sheepadoodle puppy, Penny, or mastering the art of the weekend trip.
