Chelsea launched The Seeds of Sisterhood in 2021 as a tool for women to cultivate meaningful connections and nurture their sisterhood relationships whether near or far.

The Seeds of Sisterhood is rooted in the belief that expansive questions are the greatest tool to establish and strengthen relationships. The Seeds of Sisterhood card deck features 30 questions that will help all women strengthen their connections to each other through more layered conversations. Questions are divided across three sections—Planting Seed, Taking Root, and Blooming Now—offering a comprehensive approach to understanding your conversation partner’s past experiences, present journey, and future aspirations.
