The Leadership Spotlight on NK Chaudhary was an argumentative research paper completed by Chelsea Scott as part of her final capstone course at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Inspired by her travels to India in January 2024 with the Wharton India Club and an insightful meeting with NK Chaudhary, Founder and CEO of Jaipur Rugs, Chelsea chose to profile his leadership style. The project involved an in-depth interview with Chaudhary to understand how he successfully merges social impact with a for-profit business model, providing a compelling case study of ethical and transformative leadership in the global business landscape.
